All participants can register to attend ICG 2018 Yokohama via the online system, which will open to registration on May 1, 2018.

- Closing date for Pre-registration: September 10, 2018
After September 11, 2018, On-site Registration will be available at the Registration Desk during the Meeting.
All presenters must register and pay the registration fee by July 2, 2018 in order to attend and present at the meeting.
*After July 3, 2018, your registration fee will increase from Early bird price to Late one unless we confirm your payment by the due date.
*All deadline dates are in Japan Standard Time.

Registration fees include one set of conference materials, entry to all technical sessions, Welcome Reception on the evening of Sunday, September 23, lunches, and coffee breaks. Banquet is not included in the registration fee.

**Retired may be asked to show identification at Registration Desk when occasion demands.

After you complete on-line registration, a reply e-mail will be sent to your registered e-mail address automatically.
If you do not receive it within 24 hours, please contact the Registration Office.
Upon receiving your application and payment, the Registration Office will send you a Confirmation e-mail bearing your registration number.
Notice of cancellations must be made in writing to the Registration Office. The following cancellation fees will apply, based on the date when the office receives your cancellation notification.
